In applications requiring especially high dimensional stability in an atmosphere at high temperatures, annealed products are recommended.
We can anneal our product of the standard size 1x1m at your request. When you anneal our product, make sure the following conditions are satisfied.

	To anneal: (1) Charge the product in a hot-air drying furnace at room temperature, and heat up to 180°C. (2) Heat it for 3 hours from the start of the temperature rise. (3) Naturally cool the product for about 8 hours.
