Annealing

In applications requiring especially high dimensional stability in an atmosphere at high temperatures, annealed products are recommended.
We can anneal our product of the standard size 1x1m at your request. When you anneal our product, make sure the following conditions are satisfied.

Standard annealing conditions: To anneal:
(1) Charge the product in a hot-air drying furnace at room temperature, and heat up to 180°C.
(2) Heat it for 3 hours from the start of the temperature rise.
(3) Naturally cool the product for about 8 hours.

Precautions:
* Heat white products and those of the SC grade and NC grade up to 160°C. At temperatures higher than 160°C, thermal degradation may be caused.
* Do not anneal the product plates placed one on another. The overlapped plates are likely to warp.
