Effects on Appearance

RUN series resins are characteristic in that they are made of a polymer alloy from two kinds of nylons, crystalline and amorphous. Common reinforced nylon resins, which are blended densely with reinforcing materials, often carried the problems that the crystallization is too fast to give products favorable in appearance. The RUN series resins, polymer alloys from crystalline and amorphous nylons, allow control of the crystallization rate and improvement in the adhesiveness of resin onto the mold surface, and consequently provide molded products excellent in appearance. In addition, the resins allow production of molded products excellent in appearance even at a low temperature of about 80°C.
