Punching conditions:

  • 1. Designate a hardened die.
  • 2. Set a clearance of about 5/100 on one side.
  • 3. Set a thickness to be punched up to 2 mm.
  • 4. Make sure that the minimum punching diameter and the distance between holes are larger than the thickness.
