Water purification (home use)

Taking advantage of one of its features - low pressure loss - activated carbon fiber is used in many types of compact water filters, such as faucet-mount filters, faucet-integrated filters, and shower water filters. Also, this material generates little carbon dust and the filter does not become clogged frequently - another feature that makes the fiber popular.

The fiber can remove the 13 substances specified in the Household Goods Quality Labeling Act.

Activated carbon fibers are employed for RO membrane preprocessing of demineralizers, as well as in water purification systems of water servers and vending machines using paper cups. Activated carbon fiber filters are popular because they do not become clogged frequently and do not need to be replaced often.

Surface treatment liquid cleaning

These filters enable plating solution to be recycled by purifying it. They are employed for removal of organic impurities in plating bath, purification of cleaning water and preprocessing solution, etc. Used both at home and abroad, the filters are very popular.

Activated carbon fiber cartridges are offered that are best suited to the type of plating solution used, such as nickel, copper sulfate, and rare metal.

Other (hydrogen peroxide decomposition and decolorization)

These filters purify RCA cleaning solution used in semiconductor plants and other industrial sites. Using special activated carbon fibers supporting a catalyst, the filters decompose hydrogen peroxide into clean substances - water and oxygen. Compared to catalytic towers, the unit space required is small and maintenance is easy. Unlike enzyme agent, ammonia can be collected after treatment and the running cost is low.

Decolorization is also possible by using our special activated carbon fiber filters.
