- Straight cut film is used to provide easy and linear tears on packages. This film also allows the contents to be removed easily.
Pouches with Alu are commonly used for these products because of their water vapor barrier properties. The straight cut film needs to exhibit the cut properties even in the pouch with an Alu layer.

- Pouches with strong pinhole resistance are important for these products to prevent leaks.
