Carpet tiles

MARIX is used as the primary backing for carpet tiles because of its high dimensional stability, and a feature of spunbond nonwoven fabric.
It's made of bi-component filaments using co-polymer, and offers extremely high dimensional stability against heat.

Made of sheath-core composite filament including low-melting-point polyester, the material has extremely high stability against temperature.
Also, the filaments that make up the material are thick, giving adequate rigidity to the tile sheet.

Automobile floor carpets

This material has a special resin mixed in it and maintains high dimensional stability in the dyeing process.
With the filaments entwined in three dimensions, the material offers high moldability that cannot be obtained from the original property of the filaments alone.

MARIX-based tufted carpets are mainly used in luxury cars. There has been a tendency in recent years for the floor of an automobile to have deep and sharp irregularities, and floor mats are required not to tear when punched (or molded). Therefore, considering the tuft performance and moldability, needle-punched polyester spunbond nonwoven fabric with resin finish is often used as the backing.

Option mats (Throw-in-mats)

Most of option mats are tufted carpets due to its durability and various designs.
As the primary backing, spunbond nonwoven is widely used due to its excellent characteristics.
